Step 1

There are two ways to add pets to your shelter account:

  1. From the header, click "+ Add pet" and select "Add pet in shelter". See more detail here.
  2. Go to the Dashboard (also known as My pets). If your account is linked to a shelter, you will see the "Pets in shelter" section in the left side menu, with a blue "+ Pet in shelter" button. Click this button to add a new pet to your shelter.

Note: Your account must be converted into, or linked to, an existing shelter account. To find out how to do this, visit [link].

Fill in the form to add the pet

Click Submit button
