Yes. For pets originally registered through your shelter or rescue account, your organization's contact information can remain available as a backup contact after the pet is transferred to a new owner. Your organization may receive relevant notifications in addition to the owner.

For pets enrolled through the Findpet Shelter Tag Program, shelter staff may also receive access to relevant Pet Access Log information when qualifying lost-pet or microchip-search events occur.
